This is to establish that Digital Labs is providing presentation/graphic design services at the agreed rate and estimated hours listed above for client named in Contact Name and Company (Client).

All estimates are based upon project as discussed and quoted. Changes to length or complexity of project by Client will require revised estimate and Client consent.

Client agrees to pay total amount due to Digital Labs at the time of receiving invoice.
