•We submit a pdf version to you. You mark all edits in Acrobat and email back
•Acrobat has great markup and comments tools for any correction
•It is a green policy
•It increases clarity
•It creates a single source file to be transfered from you to us
•It provides a digital record of all edit requests
Based on our decades of combined experience, here are some basic guidelines to help make the process go smoothly:
•For ease and accuracy of information, let’s have just one point of contact on each side. You know the saying... too many cooks in the kitchen...
•For ease and accuracy of production, please have any documentation and information clearly marked, all files referenced (if necessary), etc. Remember, we don’t know your business like you do... just tell us.
•For ease and accuracy of process, please do not make any changes to any files or documents during production. Please wait until the next edit cycle (or call and clarify if absolutely necessary).
